Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship nationwide as well as to our cousins in Australia. If you are wanting shipping to a different country please contact first to arrange.
How long does shipping take?
Kits are shipped from our office within 3 working days of order being placed unless you have a personalised kit. Delivery target is 1-3 working days, however longer for rural addresses.
How do I track my order?
All kits are sent through Courier Post. Once dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your item at https://www.courierpost.co.nz/track/track-and-trace/
Returns
How do I return an item?
There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items, Personalised items, if you change your mind or if have not read our shipping information.
We do not offer refunds however can offer a store credit or exchange for unused and unopened products returned within 7 days of the date of receiving your order.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and any items lost or damaged during the return cannot be credited.
If you have received a faulty item please contact us immediately to arrange replacement or refund.
How long does it take to process my return?
Allow over 2 weeks for this process. Taking into account 1-3 business days for shipping both ways. Then our standard 3 business days for warehouse processing and an additional 1-2 business days for admin to check your return and arrange for the exchange.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Yes. Provided your kit is unused and unopened and you meet the return requirements. No exchanges can be done for personalised items.

What do the kits come with?
The whole point of my business is to make the party planning process as easy, and stressfree as possible. My aim is to have as much as possible readily available to you. So pretty much everything you see is what you will receive. Some photos show food or table props, these are the only things not supplied.
Can I personalise my kit order?
Yes. Some orders can be personalised to an extent, at an additional cost. Custom cake topper, cupcake toppers, banner/bunting or custom favour boxes can be made on request. These take some time to create so would need at least 3 weeks notice. Rush orders can be done if available and would also incur an additional fee. Contact prior to purchase is required in order to book these extras.
I'm after a theme you don't stock. Can I request a new theme?
Yes absolutely. If you have a particular theme in mind that we don't currently have in stock please let us know and we'll do our best to get it in stock for you. We would need at least 1-2 months notice to make this possible.
For installations do you travel outside of Hamilton?
Yes. We can travel outside of Hamilton at an additional cost. Please contact for travel fee information and to check availability for travel. Depending on how far from Hamilton, an accomodation fee may also be charged.
